Key Skills:

• Min 1 year of experience in Telecommunication domain (Mobile Networks / ISP provider / Broadband & Fixed Line) (Technical support /Customer support/Customer service /Voice/Non voice Back office)
• Min 1 year of experience in Telecommunication domain (Mobile Networks / ISP provider / Broadband & Fixed Line) with Technical knowledge (Networks/Order management) will be an added advantage.
• Should be flexible to work in rotational shift.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily basis.
