Branch Relationship Manager – Business Development
KRAs:
- Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics
- Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance
- Responsible for Sourcing High Value CA customers along with entire Family Banking relationships
- Penetration of Business Banking products like CMS/POS/Beat services to CA customer.
- Sources new to bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Customer orientation
- High energy levels with a motive to succeed
- Had managed & Sourced Business Banking customers
- Background in order of preference Banking, Financial Services
- Graduate: 2-3 years of experience
- Post Graduate: 2 -3 years of experience
