Job Description :
We are hiring for International Voice Support (Sales and Retention)
Job Criteria:
- Immediate joiners required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process
- Mandatory experience in sales, upselling, cross-selling, and international sales
- Ability to handle real-time voice calls and chats with technical queries
- Fresher with excellent English communication .
Shift Timings & Off:
- 5-day work week with rotational shifts
- Predominantly night shifts
Compensation:
- CTC: 3 to 3.6 LPA (varies based on candidate experience)
Additional Information:
- Work from office
- Two-way cab facility available up to 25km from the office based on the shift timings.
