Job Details:

• As a Customer Support Associate, will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. Our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools and opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (Graduation Mandatory)
• Qualification: Any degree (UG&PG) can apply Education and career gaps will be accepted with valid reason.
• Languages required - Looking for three languages speaking candidates' combination of (Hindi + Any 2 Mentioned languages).
• Hindi, English, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Marathi.
• Willing to do rotational shifts.
