Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including order management, billing, cash applications, collections, and accounts receivable.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP systems.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments through effective communication with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the OTC module of SAP.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to OTC processes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1-6 years of experience in OTC or similar role in BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Strong understanding of SAP Order Management, Billing, Cash Applications, Collections, and Accounts Receivable modules.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
