Designation: Process Associate (Fresher)
Eligibility: Any graduate, except BTech, BCA, MTech, or MCA degree, are not eligible.
Work Location: Client Site, Unitech Signature Tower, Gurgaon
Shifts: 24x7, 5 days working, 2 days off (Rotational offs)
Cabs: Yes, Chargeable

Job Details:
- Type of Requirement: Email Support (Excellent Written & Verbal Communication is a must)
Required Skills:
- Excellent fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Driven to deliver an excellent customer experience through resolutions and adherence to response times.
Skills Set Required:
- Excellent English written communication skills (MUST HAVE)
- Strong email writing skills with a focus on customer service.
