Role & Responsibilities :

• Retention of Existing customer
• Explaining the customers product features and benefits
• Ensuring all compliance and SLA during the calls
• Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, target

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi
• Convincing skill
• Computer literacy
• Problem Solving
• Decision Making

Qualification:

• Any Graduate (MANDATORY)
• 0 to 3 yrs. of relevant experience in BFSI industry(preferred)

Shift Timing : 10:00 AM to 7.30 PM

Week Off : 5 Days Working, Sunday Off and 1 Day rotational week off
