Job Summary:
- Role : Enterprise Activation and Assurance [ESA/ESF/SASF Activation and Assurance]
- Experience: 9 months to 2 years
Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3 Bachelors/Graduates)
- All candidates should be comfortable with Rotational Shift / Split or Rotational Week-off / 5 Days Work From Office
Order Management [COBO]:
Knowledge and Skills:
- Candidate should have 1 to 4 years of experience in Telecom/ ISP Industry in Order Management.
- Communication must be good to communicate with end customers & internal stake holder
- Candidate should have basic knowledge in Telecom and network.
- Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Coordination skill is mandatory to complete the migration within SLA
- Willing to work in 24*7 & Night shift will be provided based on the requirement.
- Good knowledge in MS Office
