• We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter with over 2-5 years of experience in contract hiring to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for contract positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to find potential candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future openings.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.
• Offer Negotiation: Facilitate discussions on compensation, benefits, and terms of employment.
