Job Details:
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in C2H hiring, IT recruitment, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top IT talent to meet our organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- C2H Hiring Expertise: Identify, engage, and secure top talent for contract-to-hire roles in IT.
- Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.) to source potential candidates.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring panels.
- Documentation: Ensure all candidate records, feedback, and offers are maintained accurately in the recruitment system.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and in-demand technical skills.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment and C2H hiring.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or other ATS platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, testing, DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
