We are seeking an experienced Recruiters with a strong background in product hiring to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for product roles, including product managers, product designers, and product marketers.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for product roles, from job posting to onboarding.
Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Screening:
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for product roles.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
