Job Description : 

Designation: Retail Field Sales Executive

CTC per annum: Rs. 4,30,000 Per Annum (Maximum) + Insurance & Other Benefits, Attractive Incentives will be provided apart from Salary.

Please note: We can open for negotiation above the mentioned CTC given the candidate is a proven performer in previous organization.

Job Details :

• Sell company products / services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch
• Attend all enquiry calls with in TAT
• Generating Own leads by way of Door-to-Door activity & through Cold calls in the assigned area
• Submitting daily call reports to reporting manager
• Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Boucher Distribution etc.
• Conducting & participating in on Ground activity / Group activity to counter competition
• Generating sales from Low Utilized Element within the assigned area to maximize capacity utilization

Eligibility Criteria :

• SSC (min.), Inter, Graduation or equivalent degree
• 1 yr (Min.) Experience in sales from any industry
• Passion For Sales
• Good Communication Skills
• Should be flexible to work Travel and work in Field
• It is a field job for which bike /original Driving License or Learning License is compulsory.
