- Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate (Any Discipline except law)
- Freshers are eligible
- Candidates with previous experience (Upto 3 yrs) in voice roles are also eligible
- Candidate should be able to Read/speak/comprehend in Hindi and English languages
