- Order Processing: Efficiently process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Query Resolution: Exposure to analyzing and addressing billing enquiries.
- ERP Proficiency: Expert in SAP, with a preference for SAP ByD.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in any shift and from an office environment.
