The individual will be responsible for out calling customers and will be part of outbound team
Role & Responsibilities :
- To amicably handle the customer
- To understand / analyze the nature of all channel Transactions reported by the customers
- To understand the rightness of the transaction executed in the account across all the channels.
- To ensure that the conversation of the customer is understood and documented appropriately across all platforms such as Dialer / TT / Excel.
- Caller to understand the Telephone Etiquette while on calls, To ensure all compliance metrics are strictly adhered without any deviation.
- To meet the set target.
- Must be open for Rotational shifts.
a)Be Proactive, answer the call before customer could voice out
b)Listen and then Respond to calls
c)Use Language which is known to customer or else to dispose the call as Language barrier
d)Ensure every call ends with a WOW
Eligibility Criteria:
- UG in any specialization.
- To have excellent communication skills.
- Age below 25 years
- Multilingual proficiency Should be Mandatory ( Telugu, Kannada, Hindi )
- Soft skills are mandatory.
- Excellent learning /adapting skills
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- To liaise with different departments to ensure smooth functioning of the process.
