Job Description :We have an opening for Sr. Software Engineer - Java Developer
Location: BENGALURU/HYDERABAD
Skills: ACI Engineer with Java, Groovy, API, AWS Cloud
Additional Skill-Apache groovy
Key Responsibilities:
Switch Configuration & Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and maintain ACI Base24 payment switch systems.
- Manage application upgrades, patches, and software updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor transaction processing systems for performance, stability, and accuracy.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to the payment switch and associated systems within SLAs.
Integration & Deployment:
- Integrate Base24 with core banking systems, card networks, and payment gateways.
- Develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements.
Support Operations:
- Provide Level 2/3 support for payment switch-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical incidents.
Compliance & Security:
- Ensure systems comply with industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).
- Implement security protocols to protect payment data and prevent fraud.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.
- Generate reports on system performance and transaction trends.
