Job Description :Process: Banking Voice
Designation: Customer support Associate.
Location: Egmore, Chennai.
Mode of work: work from office.
working days: 6 days working and 1day rotational week off.
Role: Permanent - On Role.
Preferred Candidates:
- Only Immediate joiners (within 3-4 days).
- Salary: INR 14000 to INR 23000 Take Home (Based on languages fluency and Interview performance).
Job Details:
- As a Customer Support Associate, will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. Our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools and opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate (Graduation Mandatory)
- Qualification: Any degree (UG&PG) can apply Education and career gaps will be accepted with valid reason.
- Languages required : Looking for three languages speaking candidates' combination of (Hindi + Any 2 Mentioned languages).
- Hindi, English, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Marathi, Konkani, Assamese.
- Willing to do rotational shifts.
- Rotational shifts & Rotational week off
- Age: Less than 32years.
