Job Description : 

Role & Responsibilities : 

• handling inbound and outbound calls, making reports, maintaining KPI, customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• Should have strong English verbal and communication skills
• Should hold B2 level English proficiency
• Should be a graduate with all the original documents in place.
• Should have all the government id proofs (Aadhar, PAN and Voter) in place.
• Should be comfortable with working in WFO mode.
