Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensuring Technical Integrity: Oversee the technical integrity and scalability of the product, ensuring robustness, security, and the ability to handle future growth.
• Coding Stewardship: Demonstrate a solid understanding of coding practices, ensuring that the codebase is developed to be scalable and sustainable.
• Aligning Business and Technical Goals: Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring they are built with quality that address business problems and align with strategic objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying updated with the latest technological advancements and integrating them into the system to enhance performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge on ABAP standards, guidelines and architecture aspects, to setup ABAP Engineering as a practice and to ensure Future fitness of ABAP developments.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing ERP systems, specifically SAP ERP.
• Demonstrated ability to customize ERP solutions to meet specific business needs and integrate them with other business applications.
• Deep understanding of the technical aspects of SAP ERP and/or- Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics 365, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in using related ERP technologies ex: SAP Fiori.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues on ERP systems and experience in driving interventions for resilience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies
• Proven ability or demonstrated interest in managing or working with multiple technologies.
• A strong learning attitude and willingness to pick up new skills.
• Proficiency in SAP’s proprietary programming language is essential for developing and customizing SAP applications.
• Experience in Programming Languages- ABAP, JAVA, Javascript
• Having SAP BTP skills will be an added advantage.
