Quantum Spark Technology India Private Limited is hiring Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for mechanical parts, raw materials, machinery, and services.
• Review engineering specifications and technical drawings to ensure accurate procurement.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to align purchase needs with project timelines.
• Source and evaluate vendors based on technical capabilities, cost, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement.
• Maintain and track PO status, delivery schedules, and supplier performance reports.
• Coordinate with logistics, stores, and finance departments for material receipts and payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and quality requirements.
• Resolve issues related to delays, rejections, or non-conformity of supplied materials.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of local and international supply markets (preferred but not mandatory)
