Responsibilities of the Candidates:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, returns, product usage, and technical support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills (English, Hindi)
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
