Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Greet and engage walk-in customers in a warm, professional manner.
• Understand customer preferences and budget, and recommend suitable car models and variants accordingly.
• Explain features, specifications, pricing, and financing options clearly and confidently.
• Conduct test drives and ensure all customer queries are answered thoroughly.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the latest models, offers, and financing schemes.
• Assist in the completion of the sales process, from inquiry to documentation to vehicle delivery.
• Follow up with prospective clients through calls and messages to convert inquiries into bookings.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0–3 years in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and local/regional language.
• Personality: Smart, presentable, confident, and approachable.
