Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate salary accounts, including account opening and maintenance.
  • Develop new business opportunities through sales development activities such as BDM (Business Development Manager) roles.
  • Execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships with corporates.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries related to salary accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in corporate selling or similar field.
  • Strong understanding of corporate salary accounts, Sales Development, and New Client Acquisition concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
