JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking an AR Caller to follow up on insurance claims with US – based insurance companies. The ideal candidate will handle denial management , claim status checks and ensure timely collections

• Call insurance carriers to follow up on outstanding claims
• Understand insurance terms like EOB, Denial codes
• Work with RCM teams to reslove billing issues
• Maintain call logs and update claim statuses

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English & Communication skills
• Willingness to work night shifts
• salary based on Experience
