Were hiring for Technical Support (L1/L2) International Voice Process at our Hyderabad location.
Looking for candidates with 04 years of experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Must Have:
• Graduation (15 years of regular education marksheets & certificates mandatory)
• Tech support/customer service experience in a BPO setup
• Good technical knowledge & English communication
• Computer proficiency (MS Office)
Interview Details:
Date: Full August Month 2025(Auspicious August Walkin Drive)
Time: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Venue: Diebold Nixdorf, 9th Floor, Vega Block, Ascendas Park, Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Mode: 5 days/week, rotational shifts, split week-offs
CTC: As per company norms
