Job Description:
Team Management
- Manage and supervise a team of QA Analysts and production staff.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
Quality & Operations Oversight
- Ensure high-quality standards in payment posting and QA processes.
- Review audit results and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Manage workload distribution and resource planning.
Exception & Escalation Management
- Handle escalations and critical issues from team members.
- Ensure timely resolution of exception queues.
- Coordinate with SMEs and managers for complex cases.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and share performance reports (quality, productivity, errors).
- Participate in client calls and internal reviews.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements and SLAs.
Process Improvement
Identify improvement opportunities in workflows.
Drive team-level initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Prior experience in team handling or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Payment Posting and QA processes.
