Role Overview
Process: Domestic Voice and Non -Voice Customer Support
Work Schedule: 5 days working
Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
Shift: Rotational shifts
Joining: Immediate
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 10+2, 10+3, or Graduate (pursuing candidates not eligible)
- Age Limit: Below 32 years
- Language Requirement: Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu
Mandatory:
- Ability to read and translate their Native language fluently.
- Basic English communication skills required
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Voice and NonVoice tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Read and write in Tamil to support customer communication.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and maintain quality standards.
- Update records and systems with accurate information.
