Role & responsibilities
- Remotely proctor a variety of high stakes exams
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all exams administered
- Responsible for promoting and maintaining the highest level of exam security
- Writes detailed reports and correspondence for all incidents encountered during an exam
- Daily, weekly and monthly queue performance reporting
- Assist in responding to Customer Service calls and live chat as needed
- Work and communicate effectively with various levels of management
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent French communication, Reading and Writing skills.
- Willing and able to work on either day or night shifts.
- Willing and able to work onsite.
