Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through both voice (inbound/outbound calls) and non-voice channels (email/chat).
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
  • Log and track customer interactions and update records in internal systems.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Meet performance targets in terms of quality, productivity, and compliance.
  • Maintain professionalism in every customer interaction and ensure a positive experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

  • Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate (excluding BE, BTech, MSc, MBA, and BSc freshers)
  • Candidates currently pursuing studies are not eligible.

Experience:

  • 02 years of experience in a BPO or customer support role preferred.
  • Freshers from eligible streams may apply.

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good typing speed and computer literacy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
