Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer emails/chats in a professional manner
  • Resolve queries related to products/services with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Meet process metrics such as quality, accuracy, and response time
  • Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Adhere to shift schedules and company policies

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (rotational shifts if required)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: HSC (12th Pass) or Diploma
  • Graduates with the following degrees are NOT eligible:
  • B.E / B.Tech
  • B.Sc (Any Specialization)
  • M.Sc (Any Specialization)
  • MBA / PGDM (Any Specialization)
