Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our international customer support team. As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you will engage with customers from global markets (primarily the US) via voice. Your role will focus on addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively encouraging customer retention through tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, with an emphasis on account cancellations, billing issues, and technical troubleshooting.
- Re-engage users through persuasive communication and personalized retention offers.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of products/services to support and educate customers.
- Apply structured communication frameworks to provide efficient and empathetic resolutions.
- Use cloud-based systems to manage customer interactions and document case details accurately.
- Meet defined performance KPIs including:
- Handle Time
- Quality
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Save Rate
- Retention Metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building abilities.
- Confident and persuasive communication style with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.
- Comfortable using mobile platforms and troubleshooting across Android and iOS devices.
- Aptitude for multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service (voice process preferred).
- Prior experience in sales or customer retention is a strong advantage.
