Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Content Editor to join our team. The Content
Editor will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and improving written content across
various platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand voice, quality standards, and audience
expectations. This role requires excellent editorial judgment, an eye for detail, and the ability
to work across departments and content formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, punctuation, style, and tone
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and SEO best practices
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketers to deliver engaging content
• Provide feedback to writers and help maintain editorial consistency
• Manage and update content calendars and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct fact-checking and ensure content accuracy
• Maintain and evolve internal style guides and editorial standards
• Assist in editing and formatting digital content in XML for online platforms and publications

Desired Candidates:

• Any graduates from 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 passed out (no standing arrears) can apply
• Strong command of the English language and grammar rules
• Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Job Title: Trainee – Content Editor (Full Time)

Salary: INR: 18,000 Monthly CTC (Includes Take home, ESI, PF & Stat Bonus)

Take Home : INR 12,500 Monthly CTC

Shift Timing (Rotational):

1st Shift: 6.00AM to 2.00PM
2nd Shift: 2.00PM to 10.00PM
Night Shift: 10.00PM to 6.00AM (No night shift for female staffs)

Work Location: Pondicherry
