Job Description:
As a Process Analyst EDM, you will be supporting employee and business needs in delivering outstanding HR services for employees.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Support employee lifecycle activities by maintaining and updating employee information in HR systems.
- Assist in preparing employee-related documents such as employment letters, verification letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Handle employee requests and queries through ServiceNow (SNOW) under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
- Track and complete assigned requests within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve employee data-related queries.
- Support process improvement initiatives and documentation activities.
- Engage with customers to address queries and concerns related to compensation administration and processes.
- Provides data for the internal business controls team as required.
- Ensure compliance with the clients existing standards.
- Understand and adhere to HR policies, and regulations, and respond to employee queries.
Eligibility:
- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in EDM at an International IT/ITES Company.
- Willingness to work Night Shifts
