Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Small case business and revenue among existing clients.
- Drive MTF utilization and revenue from eligible clients.
- Generate and increase brokerage revenue through active client engagement and trading activity.
- Identify opportunities to increase client trading frequency and wallet share.
- Provide market updates, trading/investment insights and execution support to clients.
- Actively engage with the assigned client base and increase client activity.
- Monitor and achieve assigned brokerage, MTF and Smallcase revenue targets.
- Track client-level revenue, trading activity and business performance.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to improve activation and revenue contribution.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with applicable SEBI, exchange and SBI Securities guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in stock broking, wealth management, dealing or capital markets.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Equity Markets, MTF, Smallcase and brokerage products/services.
- Strong client engagement and communication skills.
- Revenue and target-oriented approach.
- Good understanding of trading and investment products.
- Ability to analyse client activity and identify revenue opportunities.
- Strong compliance orientation.
Mandatory NISM Certifications
- NISM Series V
- NISM Series VIII
- NISM Series XXV-A
