Role & responsibilities

  • Identify agencies/agents with high business potential to recruit quality agents/Empanelment brokers to drive business
  • Onboard OEMs / Dealers and Brokers in a timely manner to ensure presence in focus segments / geographies
  • Follow up with the channel and broker to timely renew the policies and encourage them increase online renewals
  • Conduct product trainings focused on cross selling for agents and brokers, motivate them to achieve targets
  • Arrange new product training and product placement details for them to increase product awareness
