Step 4: Select “BPO” in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2026XXXX.
Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.
Mandatory Documents to carry:
- TCS Online Application Form
- Hard Copy of Resume
- 2 Copy Recent Passport Size Photographs
- Original and photocopy of Govt. ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card)
Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
- Relevant Experience (in Yrs) Graduate with 1-3 years of experience.
Must Have:
- Technical/Functional Skills
- Manage the employee lifecycle – Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across countries
- Process HR transactions – Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
- Support audits and reporting – Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance
- Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes
Experience Required
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of global HR processes and standard operating procedures is preferable
- Proficient in MS excel for managing data
- Good Communication Skills
