Job Description:
- Perform case selection and allocation on daily basis as per the client SOP and WIs.
- Quality Review of cases (valid and invalid cases) as per the set SLAs.
- Document case in SMOCQA tool.
- Perform analysis of refuted errors.
- Ensure Quality is achieved as per the set SLA (TCS/Client).
- Attend internal and client meetings.
- Attend the Vendor oversight meetings.
- Ensure compliance with respect to Client/TCS trainings.
- Participate in audits as Subject Matter Expert of the Quality Review Processes.
- Perform any additional tasks/activities as delegated by the Supervisor
